Último atardecer de los 45 maravillosos atardeceres que hemos vivido este verano en Miami. Atrás queda un road trip de costa a costa, unas vacaciones inolvidables con mis sobrinos y varias semanas de trabajo para conocer a fondo lo que se cuece por aquí. Me voy con la certeza que volveré muy pero que muy pronto. He podido comprobar que Miami está en una efervescencia espectacular. Ciertamente se trata de un lugar emergente que muy poco tiene que ver con esa Miami Vice de antaño o de ese destino ortera de vacaciones de los 70. Seguramente queda algo de eso pero uno siente ahora en Miami que la ciudad y sus gentes se están transformando empujados por un espíritu emprendedor ejemplar. Nos encanta!
Nos vamos con los deberes hechos para tener una delegación de Innovalley en la costa este y desde la que daremos cobertura a Latinoamérica. Y nos vamos con la ilusión de haber dejado una semilla de Imagine que trataremos de regar desde San Francisco para que pronto podamos venir con toda nuestra movida y locura creativa. Actitud dreamer a tope!
En fin, que vamos a volver en nada, especialmente porque dejamos aquí a unos amigos increíbles que nos han ayudado muchísimo en esta aventura. Mil gracias Alexis, Miguel Angel, Flavia, David, Mikel, Ricardo, Oscar, Silvia, Júlia, Sonia, Mark, Wifredo, John, Pete, Xavi, Didac, Luis, Susana, Ivan, Marcos y a todos los que nos habéis ayudado de alguna manera. Y en especial mil gracias a David y Javi por dejarnos quedar en su casa y a Paula por hacer que nos sintiéramos como en casa y ayudarnos tanto y tanto a través de su Consulting Boutique. Se viene un mundo de ciudades y las ciudades ya no son lo que tienen sino a quien tienes. Gracias Miami, gracias a todos.

Last sunset of the 45 beautiful sunsets we have experienced this summer in Miami. Behind we leave a coast to coast road trip, unforgettable vacations with my nephews and a few weeks of work to get to know what is going on in here. I leave with the certainty that I will be coming back very, very soon. I have been able to confirm that Miami is in spectacular effervescence. Definitely Miami an emerging city that has very little to do with the Old Miami Vice or the vacation destination of the 70s. Some of that probably still prevails but now one feels that the city and its people are transforming driven by an exemplary entrepreneurial spirit. We love it!
We leave with our homework finished, opening an Innovalley delegation in the east coast from where we will cover the projects with Latin America. We leave also with the excitement of having left an Imagine seed that we will water from San Francisco so we can soon come to Miami with all our lively and creative madness. Dreamer attitude!
In any case, we will be back very soon, especially because we lave here incredible friends that have helped us so much in this adventure.
